There are numerous races on the ballot, however we have listed ONLY those races which are contested and where we have a recommendation. In some cases there are more recommended candidates than seats. A full term is assumed except as indicated. Official write-in candidates are noted as well, but remember, you must write out your choices on the ballot.

You can vote now at the McHenry County Clerk's office, McHenry County Administrative Building, 667 Ware Rd., Woodstock from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Important Dates:
March 20th - Early Voting begins at satelite locations. Dates and times vary by location. Please go to https://www.mchenrydems.org/vote to find your nearest early voting location.
April 4th - Election Day! The polls open at 6 am and close at 7 pm. You must vote at your precinct's polling place or at the County Clerk's office. To find your polling place and to see a sample ballot please go to https://mchenry-il.connect4.clarityelections.com/sample-ballot-locator/#Search
Did you receive a Vote By Mail Ballot?
Mail it to the McHenry County Clerk, 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock IL 60098. It must be postmarked no later than election day, April 4th.
OR
Drop your ballot off at the drop box outside the Clerk's office prior to the polls closing at 7 pm on 4/4. Dropboxes are also available at the following locations during early voting hours:

Bring you Vote By Mail ballot with you to surrender at your polling place on election day and you may vote in person.
